Ordering / Shipping Instructions

You can order from us is several different ways (Remember that all prices are in Canadian Dollars)

Shopping Cart System
The easiest way to order from us is to use the "Add" buttons beside every item and keep adding to your "Shopping Cart" until you are done then select "Order Checkout" and follow instructions.  If you need to order a few items that do not have an "Add" button, you can submit a second order using the "Order Form" and we combine the orders before shipping to you.

Visa or MasterCard Online
Go to the Order Form.  Fill in what you need and include your Visa or MasterCard Number.  When you are finished, press
"Submit Order"

Visa or MasterCard Fax
Go to the Order Form.  Fill in what you need and include your Visa or MasterCard Number.  When you are finished, Print the page.  When you are finished printing click on "Clear Order" then fax us your order at 306-359-7017. 

Term and Conditions of Sale and Shipping

Prices: All prices on this Web Site are in Canadian Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Quantity Pricing:  All quantity price discounts are given only if you order the required amount or multiples of the required amount.  Example:  If an item is priced $1.25/ea or $12.00/12 and you order 18 of the item you will receive the first 12 for $1.00/ea and the $1.25 for the other 6.  If you order 24, you will receive all 24 for $1.00/ea.

Freight: Prices quoted do not include freight.  There is a minimum $10.00 Canadian shipping charge to Canadian addresses and a minimum $10.00 US shipping charge to all US addresses.  Freight charges will be added on to your invoice and charged to your credit card when we ship your order.  If Freight charges are excessively higher than the estimate on your order receipt, we will contact you via e-mail to confirm the charges with you.

Order Substitutions: We keep a large inventory of items listed on this Web Site.  If we do become out of stock of an item please let us know on the Order Form is a substitution of a similar in its place item is acceptable. This substitute will be of higher or lesser value.  You will be charged accordingly.

Claims: All claims for shortages must be made within three (3) days of receipt of your goods. Claims for merchandise lost or damaged in transit must be made with the carrier who delivered your goods.  

Returns: Without prior approval, we will not accept returns.  A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returned goods.
